Buenas, ¿qué tal? Me llamo Rafa y llevo viviendo en Be Casa durante bastantes meses y utilizando las bicicletas también estos últimos meses. Estas bicis eléctricas son una maravilla porque te permiten darte una vuelta por la zona, eh además, yo por ejemplo vengo aquí a comer a un sitio que está al lado de Be Casa, y es una maravilla porque no tengo que coger el coche, está a 3 minutos en bici eléctrica y además no tienes que hacer esfuerzo de nada, o sea que la verdad es que muy bien. Y en general Be Casa, la gente superamable, la cantidad de instalaciones, que si gimnasio, que si piscina, que si pádel, o sea, 100% recomendable y ya os digo, las bicis, yo creo que seré de las personas que más las usa, porque es que es la leche, o sea, está muy bien el servicio.

Who pays for the bikes?
The building pays a fee and residents ride with nothing extra to pay. The fee depends on your building: you'll get it in our proposal.
What do my team or the front desk have to do?
Nothing. No handing out keys, no taking payments. If a resident has a problem with the bike, they message us, in their own language.
Who maintains, charges and repairs them?
We do. Maintenance, repairs, charging, insurance and GPS are all included. Your team never touches a bike.
Do they carry my building's brand?
Yes. Every bike carries your colours and your logo. Be Casa's, for example, come in black with the Be Casa wheel disc.
How many bikes does my building need?
It depends on your units and on how your residents get around, not on a chart. Tell us how many units you have and we'll tell you how many to start with. If they fall short, we add more.
How does it fit into the resident's contract?
Since the building pays for it, you can present it as one more service included in the stay, just like the wifi. How you reflect it in your contract is up to you.
