Our own software
QR, payment and reception dashboard. We wrote it ourselves, line by line.

If the guest has a problem, they call us. All seven days.
High-end bike
Premium e-bikes carrying your brand. Not the rental bike from around the corner with a sticker on it.
Zero work
No keys, no payments, no paperwork. Reception carries on with its own job.
Insurance
Every ride is covered. You don't take it out and you don't manage it.
GPS tracking
We know where every bike is. Always. That's why they come back.
Roadside assistance
They break down five miles out. We go, not your receptionist.

HOW IT PAYS FOR ITSELF
The amenity that pays for itself.
Guests only. And what they pay depends on where they booked you from.
Renting an e-bike on the street would cost them €25 a day. They pay 10. They pay, and they leave delighted.
Guests who book on your site get it included. Without paying a euro.
THE DOUBLE EFFECT
It funds itself
It pushes direct sales
A five-star amenity. Invoice: zero.
Finally something to offer that isn't another ten per cent off.
They cross the city for free. Or for ten euros.
WHY CITYFLOW
Anyone can put bikes in a lobby. Having them still there in March, not so much.
The room key. That's it.
They tap the same card that opens their room and the bike unlocks. Nothing else. No other operator on the market does this.

CRITERION
Comparison against hotel bike operators active in Spain, based on their published terms and on what hotels switching to us tell us.
This isn't a render. This is the lobby on a Tuesday.
Boutique hotels and chains. Bikes that have been rolling for months.

It counts towards your hotel's certification.
Green Key scores hotels for lending bicycles to their guests and for telling them about alternatives to the car. An operated electric fleet covers both. Biosphere, Travelife and EU Ecolabel assess hotel mobility along the same lines. The label goes to your hotel: we are not certified by them, and we are not going to tell you otherwise.
WHAT WE ALWAYS GET ASKED
The six questions that come up in every meeting.
What does reception have to do?
Nothing. No handing over keys, no taking payments, no paperwork, no storing batteries. The guest unlocks the bike on their own and, if something goes wrong, they call us. Reception only needs to know the bikes are there.
Does it work with my hotel's keys?
If your cards are NFC, yes: the guest taps the same card that opens their room and the bike unlocks. Not every lock is the same, so we test it on yours before we install anything. If your hotel doesn't use NFC, the bikes still work with the QR code — the difference is the guest has to scan it.
What if a bike is stolen or breaks?
That's our problem, not yours. The bikes carry GPS and a smart lock, they're insured, and maintenance and repairs are included. You don't get an invoice for a puncture or for a bike that doesn't come back.
How many bikes does my hotel need?
It depends on your rooms and your occupancy, not on a table. Tell us how many rooms you have and we'll tell you where to start; it's almost always fewer than people imagine. If they fall short, we add more.
Is there a minimum term?
No. If the service stops making sense for your hotel, we take the bikes away and that's that. You're not left with six dead bicycles in the basement, which is exactly what happens when a hotel buys them.
Where do the bikes sleep?
Wherever you leave them: outside, on the street, by the door. They're built to spend the night outdoors and to be used by a different stranger every day. Nobody has to carry batteries to the store room or unbolt saddles at closing time.
LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR HOTEL
Tell us how many rooms you have. We'll tell you how many bikes pay for themselves.
We answer in under 24 hours. With numbers, not with a catalogue.
