What data we process and why

  • Contact form: company, name, email, phone, service you are interested in and message. We use them to reply and send you the information you ask for. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Fleet OS demo request: company, name, email, phone and website. We use them to arrange the demo. Legal basis: art. 6.1.b GDPR.
  • Delivery bike waiting list: name, email, city, phone and when you want the bike. We use them to tell you when a bike is available. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, we process your number and the conversation to reply. WhatsApp (Meta) also processes that data under its own policy.

Analytics without cookies

We measure visits with Plausible, installed on our own servers. It uses no cookies and does not store your IP address: it only counts visits in aggregate (pages viewed, where visitors come from, country, device type) without identifying you.

How long we keep it

  • Contact and demo requests: while there is a business relationship and up to two years after the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
  • Waiting list: until we notify you or you unsubscribe, and for twelve months at most.

Who else sees it

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, unless required by law. It is processed on behalf of Cityflow, under a data-processing agreement, by IONOS (website hosting, with servers in Spain) and Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which emails us a notice for each form. There are no transfers outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@cityflow.app with the subject "Data protection". If you think we have not answered properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Third-party content

Some images load from third-party servers, such as profile photos in Google reviews. Those servers receive your IP address, as with any web page load.
