THE CITY

Why it makes sense in Seville

  • 01

Over 200 km of cycle paths

Seville is the Spanish city with the third-most kilometres of cycle paths, behind only Barcelona and Zaragoza (Seville City Council, April 2026).

    High season is spring

In 2025, its hotels recorded 6.6 million overnight stays, and the busiest month was May, not August (INE). Even January, the quietest, topped 450,000 nights. There are guests almost all year round.

    Hot summers, mild winters

AEMET gives an average July high of 36 °C and a January average of 10.9 °C at the airport. In summer the bike goes out early and in the late afternoon; the rest of the year, at any time of day.

A university the size of a city

The University of Seville had 61,289 students in the 2023-2024 academic year, across bachelor's, master's and doctoral programmes. They all have to get to their faculty, from Reina Mercedes to La Cartuja.

Hotels

A fee per bike per month; the guest price is yours.

Six in ten travellers staying in Seville's hotels in 2025 lived outside Spain (INE). You offer that guest a bike with your brand: free if they booked on your website and with a daily price if they came through an OTA, for example €10 a day. That's how you recover the monthly fee per bike. It unlocks with the NFC room card and your reception does nothing. We include maintenance, insurance and support.

Student residences

The residence pays, or the student pays €5 a day.

You can pay the fee yourself and let the student ride for free, or let them pay €5 a day so it costs your residence nothing. Either way, the fleet carries your brand and we run it: the student only has to grab a bike to get to class.

Flex living

The building pays the fee; the resident pays nothing extra.

The bike becomes part of the stay. The resident takes it to the office in the morning, before the heat kicks in, and rides back along the river at dusk. Your building adds a service people see at the door every day.

ON THE ROAD

Typical uses in Seville

  1. 01

    The banks of the Guadalquivir

From the Triana bridge to the San Telmo bridge, by the water, with the Torre del Oro on one side and Triana on the other. The classic ride on any visit.

  2. 02

Plaza de España and María Luisa Park

From the centre to María Luisa Park and Plaza de España, past the Cathedral and the Alcázar, a World Heritage Site since 1987. All flat, and all in one morning.

  3. 03

    To the faculty by bike

From the residence to Reina Mercedes or the Isla de la Cartuja: short trips that, on an e-bike, get you to class without arriving in a sweat.

WHAT WE GET ASKED

Seville: frequently asked questions

Do people use the bikes in the July heat?

Yes, but at other times of day. With an average July high of 36 °C (AEMET), people usually head out early or at sunset, not at midday.

Does it make sense if there's already Sevici?

Sevici is the public bike scheme, shared by the whole city. Cityflow bikes are in your building and carry your brand. At a hotel, the guest also opens the bike with their room card, without signing up for anything.

How many bikes does my hotel need?

It depends on your rooms and your guests. Tell us how many rooms you have and we'll suggest how many bikes and what price to set for guests who arrive through an OTA.

Can they stay out on the street overnight?

Yes. They're designed to spend the night outdoors, with a smart lock and GPS. Before installing, we choose the spot with you.

Who pays if one breaks or gets stolen?

We do. The bikes are insured, and maintenance and repairs are included: you don't get invoices for breakdowns or for a bike that doesn't come back.

WHERE WE OPERATE

E-bikes in 9 provinces across Spain.
