In Palma and the rest of the Balearic Islands, Cityflow equips hotels, student residences and flex-living buildings with e-bikes that carry their brand. We handle the day to day: workshop, batteries, insurance, GPS and user support. All you do is choose who pays.
THE CITY
In 2025, the average stay in Palma's hotels was 3.8 nights, the longest of the nine provincial capitals where we operate, and 89% of travellers lived outside Spain (INE). More nights mean more days on the bike per guest.

WHO PAYS
A monthly fee for each bike; the guest price is your choice.
You pay a monthly fee per bike and the guest pays whatever you decide. Our proposal: nothing for guests who booked on your website and a daily price for OTA guests, for example €10 a day. With stays of almost four nights, they can use it several days in a row. To open it, the NFC room card is all it takes. Your reception doesn't deal with anything. Maintenance, insurance and support are included.

The UIB started the 2025-2026 academic year with 11,071 undergraduates, and its main campus is on the outskirts of Palma, on the Valldemossa road. Your residence can pay the fee and offer the bike for free, or let the student pay €5 a day and pay nothing itself.

For a flex-living building in Palma, the bike is part of the stay: the building covers the fee and the resident rides without paying extra. Anyone who comes to work on the island for a few months has a way to get around without a car from day one.

From the Passeig Marítim towards Portixol and Ciutat Jardí, right by the water and almost without hills. On a full battery, you can carry on to Platja de Palma and back.
It stands at the top of a wooded hill above the city. It's the climb that turns a regular bike ride into a walk; on an e-bike, you reach the top pedalling.
The bike lane towards the UIB passes through Son Sardina and climbs gradually. With electric assistance, you stop noticing the slope.
WHAT WE GET ASKED
Tell us your opening months and we'll factor them into the proposal. In Palma the season makes a big difference: in August 2025 hotels recorded 1.46 million overnight stays, and in January, 186,000 (INE).
Yes. With an NFC key, they hold the room card to the bike and that's it. The rental screen and the help come up in their phone's language.
No problem: they're built to sleep outdoors, and they have GPS and a smart lock. We know where each one is at all times.
In July, the average high is around 31 °C at the airport (AEMET). The bay first thing in the morning or at dusk is another story: that's when riding is at its best.
