What it is for

cityflow.app describes the services of Cityflow: e-bike fleets for hotels, flex-living buildings and student residences, bike rental for delivery riders and the Fleet OS fleet-management software. Services are contracted separately, under their own terms.

Terms of use

Access to the website is free. Users agree to use it lawfully and in line with this notice, and not to harm the website, its systems or other users.

Intellectual property

Texts, images, design, logos and the Cityflow brand belong to CITYFLOW CARBON-NEUTRAL, S.L. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except the data on the /data page, published under a CC BY 4.0 licence: it may be quoted and reused crediting Cityflow as the source.

Liability

Cityflow takes care to keep the information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that the website is always available or error-free. Figures and prices are for information only; the binding ones are those in each contract. Cityflow is not responsible for the content of third-party websites it links to.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Girona, unless the law gives the user the right to go to the courts of their own domicile.
