Cityflow bikes stay at the residence, lined up and carrying the building's brand: students take one when they need it and leave it when they're back. The residence picks the model: it includes the bikes for its students, or students pay €5 a day when they ride. Maintenance and charging are on us.

Who pays for the bikes?
You choose between two models. In the first, the residence pays a fee and students ride for free. In the second, the student pays €5 a day and it costs the residence nothing.
How much does the student pay?
It depends on the model you choose: nothing if the residence includes it, or €5 a day if the student pays.
Which model works best?
In Barcelona, the one that works best is the one where the student pays: €5 a day, and the residence pays nothing. If you'd rather offer the bike as a service included in the stay, the other model lets you do that.
What does the front desk have to do?
Nothing. No handing out keys, no taking payments. If a student has a problem with the bike, they message us.
Who maintains, charges and repairs them?
We do. Maintenance, repairs, charging, insurance and GPS are all included. Your team never touches a bike.
Do they carry my residence's brand?
Yes. Every bike carries your colours and your logo. At Canvas, for example, they have “CANVAS Residencias de Estudiantes” on the wheel disc, and each one has a name of its own.
How many bikes does my residence need?
It depends on your beds and on how your students get around, not on a chart. Tell us how many beds you have and we'll tell you how many to start with. If they fall short, we add more.
