How they are used
The pattern is full-day: bikes go out in the morning and come back between 19:00 and 21:00. The bike is not a one-hour ride; it is the guest's transport for the stay.

How these numbers are measured
- Source. Operational records of the Cityflow platform (bookings, bikes, venues). Extracted on 2026-10-21. No estimates, no third-party market data.
- Scope. The hotels, flex living and student residence operation since April 2024. Delivery-rider rentals are not included, except in the company-wide trips figure, which is labelled.
- Partial periods. When a month or year is incomplete, it is marked. October 2026 runs through day 21.
- Clients. Per-client aggregates are published only with their permission; everything else is aggregated by segment.
