E-bikes for your hotel, your residence or your building in Valencia

Cityflow works in Valencia and across the province: we put e-bikes with your logo in hotels, student residences and flex-living buildings, and we take care of maintaining, charging, insuring and tracking them. Valencia is one of the easiest cities in Spain to get around by bike. Your building gets bikes of its own; the operation is ours.

THE CITY

Why Valencia is a bike city

  • 01

    225.7 km of bike lanes

Plus 46.89 km of cycle streets and 22,958 bike parking spaces, according to the Ajuntament. The Copenhagenize Index 2025 ranks it as the second-best city in Spain for getting around by bike, behind only Vitoria-Gasteiz.

    European Green Capital 2024

The European Commission awarded it the title for its work on sustainable tourism and climate neutrality. For anyone arriving from elsewhere, the bike is the most natural way to experience the city.

2,696 hours of sunshine a year

That's the average AEMET measures in Valencia, with a mean temperature of 18.3 °C and only 46 days a year with more than 1 mm of rain (1981-2010).

    Campuses full of potential riders

The Universitat Politècnica has 28,065 undergraduate and 7,453 master's students enrolled this academic year (provisional figures). Add the Universitat de València and you get thousands of daily trips between residence and faculty.

WHO PAYS

Who pays what in Valencia

Hotels

A monthly fee per bike; the guest pays what you decide.

In 2025, Valencia's hotels recorded 4.94 million overnight stays (INE). With our bikes, you pay a monthly fee for each one and set what the guest pays. What we suggest: no cost for guests who booked on your website and, for those who came through an OTA, a daily price, for example €10, that pays back the fee. The guest unlocks the bike by tapping their NFC room key. Reception isn't involved, and maintenance, insurance and support are included.

How it works · Hotels

Student residences

Free if the residence pays; €5 a day if the student pays.

With the residence paying the fee, the student rides to Vera or Blasco Ibáñez for free. If you don't want to take on that cost, the student pays €5 a day and your residence pays nothing. You choose the model; the fleet in your brand and running it are on us.

Flex living

The building pays; the resident rides.

For a flex-living building, the bike becomes part of the stay: the building pays the fee and the resident pays nothing extra. In a city this flat, it's a service that needs no explaining.

ON THE ROAD

Typical uses in Valencia

  1. 01

    The Turia Gardens

The old riverbed crosses the city as a park. It's Valencia's green motorway: from the Bioparc to the City of Arts and Sciences without leaving the park.

  2. 02

From the centre to the beach

You can ride to Malva-rosa or the Cabanyal without a single hill. Out in the morning, back with the sunset.

  3. 03

    From campus to El Saler

The Tarongers and Vera campuses are in the north-east, close to the sea. And, on a full battery, a morning ride south to the Devesa de El Saler is easily done.

WHAT WE GET ASKED

Valencia: frequently asked questions

Valencia is flat. Why an e-bike?

Because of the distances, the heat and the wind off the sea. The assistance helps up to 25 km/h: guests reach the beach and students get to class without breaking a sweat.

Does it make sense with Valenbisi in the city?

Yes, because they don't compete. Valenbisi is the city's public bike scheme. Yours isn't shared with anyone from outside: it has your logo, your people ride it and nobody has to hunt for it at a station.

Who fixes a bike that breaks down?

We do. Maintenance and repairs are included: you won't get an invoice for a breakdown, and your team doesn't have to act as a workshop.

How much does a hotel guest pay?

Whatever you decide. Our suggestion is free if they booked on your website and a daily price, for example €10, if they came through an OTA. They see it on screen before confirming.

Do the bikes carry my brand?

Yes, that's the idea: your colours and your logo on every bike. Anyone who sees one go by along the Turia sees your building.
